Spa Policies

 All appointments must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, unless a cash payment is made in advance. 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in, enjoy a complimentary drink and unwind.

As a courtesy to our spa guests, kindly be prompt to receive full service. If you are unable to be on time, we will do everything possible to give you your scheduled service.  However, you may not be able to receive full treatment.

 Within 14 days of purchase we will gladly exchange your product purchase, or issue spa credit towards your next product or service purchase. 

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. A 3% credit card fee will be applied to all card purchases. No Personal Checks. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include gratuity.

  We require 24 hours notice of cancellations. No shows and appointments cancelled with less than a day’s notice will be charged 100% of scheduled treatment. 

 Kindly turn off cellular phones upon entering Spa Avalon, as the noise may disturb other guests that are here to escape the world. We truly appreciate your consideration. 

 Extend your Spa Avalon experience by visiting our retail area. We offer a variety of spa products that we use here during your service. 

  We are happy to accommodate special event celebrations including bridal, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, as well as wedding and baby showers. Our spa coordinators will assist you with any special arrangements or requests.  Party packages are listed under spa packages, feel free to check them out and let us know if you have any questions. 

  In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given. Gratuities may not be added onto a credit card or gift certificate payment. 

 Gift certificates represent a pre payment for services at Spa Avalon and do not expire. Use of gift certificates constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non transferable and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. Gift certificates must be presented in order to be redeemed for a scheduled service. Spa Avalon is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift certificate. We regret that cancellations within 24 hours notice or failure to show for a service will incur a 100% charge from the total dollar value of the gift certificate.
